Booking & Payment

Choose a yacht, date and time, a package and the number of guests, then complete your booking online. The captain receives a notification and confirms availability. Your booking is only finalised once the captain confirms.
When you book, your card is authorised (the amount is reserved) but not charged immediately. The actual charge happens only when the captain confirms the trip. If the captain does not confirm, no money is taken — the hold is released automatically and you owe nothing.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe with a debit or credit card. Prices are shown in both Bulgarian lev (BGN) and euro (EUR).

During the Charter

Yes. All trips are skippered — a licensed captain operates the yacht throughout. YachtPoint does not offer bareboat (captain-less) charter.
Every yacht comes with a captain and the required safety equipment. What exactly is included in the price (fuel, drinks, equipment) is set by the captain’s package and described in the listing. We recommend bringing sunscreen, comfortable clothing and swimwear.
The region and port of the yacht are shown in the listing. The exact dock address and the captain’s contact phone become available to you 3 days before the trip in your booking details. You can also message the captain through the platform at any time.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you cancel more than 72 hours before the trip, you receive a full refund (100%). If you cancel 72 hours or less before the trip, you receive a 50% refund. If you do not show up without cancelling in advance, no refund is due — the captain attended prepared and the service is treated as provided. If the captain cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund (100%) regardless of timing.
Safety comes first. If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather or safety concerns (at the captain’s discretion), you may choose between a full refund (100%) or a free reschedule to another available date. The choice is yours.
Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation is approved.
